REFLOW grew out of one career: that of Jean-Charles Boulogne, who has run textile production platforms, created and developed buying offices in Morocco, Hong Kong, Shanghai and New Delhi, founded a garment design and production company in China, operated affiliated stores and built a restaurant chain in Chile. Graduate of HEC Paris.
Since 2020, through Ahome Export, he has been selling the excess stock of a major French retailer for export under an exclusive partnership. REFLOW, created at the end of 2025, is its extension: the same requirements of traceability, confidentiality and respect for distribution networks, now open to all brands and retailers.
REFLOW is based in Armentières, near Lille, at the heart of the region where much of French textile retail was born.
